Meditating

Once you experience Meditating you will not be able to stop. First you must get the real awakening of the Kundalini – which you can get here join a local free meditation class and start Meditating. It may take a short while for the Kundalini to really start working (4 -8 weeks ) of meditating every day for 20 minutes but then you may experience – for 1, 2 or 3 seconds the true present.  

     This state is not something we have experienced before and when you touch it for 2 seconds, you will say – what was that! that was soooo good I want it again – it is something like Day dreaming, very light enjoyable and the voice we keep hearing in our head just stops – silence, peace and bliss.

     Meditating is not – listening to sleepy music lying in bed then feeling drowsy and falling asleep. Sit up straight, the Kundalini will rise up your spine, you will enter this new state or dimension and when the Kundalini falls you go out of that state. Keep Meditating   :)     gP
