Meditation Techniques

A couple of the best techniques we use are
1: Routine
we wake up late, turn on the news or the computer our mind gets very busy thinking – what might happen! – Oh my God! the world is ending … blah blah blah. So get up 15 minutes earlier, after your shower sit down to meditate – every day. This is the part of the day which will put you into balance and the rest of the day will flow free and easy.
2: Meditate before news, radio, computer, Tv, phone
3: No interuptions – it’s only 15 minutes
