Meditation Techniques

So how is everyone doing ? This article is on Meditation Techniques. I haven’t been the best at regular posting – but hey I’ve been very busy
So here are some of the Meditation Techniques I use -
I have a routine – I wake up, shower, meditate - Before using: Radio, Computer, TV, Newspaper.because there is always some disaster and it’s normal to react - These all twist the 6th chakra closed,
I learned to footsoak when I meditate – so I usually footsoak in the morning as well.
I use the Meditation Techniques of Sahaja Yoga to raise the Kundalini.
Now – I check the state of my subtle system for blockages in the Chakras or Channels and clear them.
Stop Thinking. I like to feel it’s like 50/50 Divine raises the energy but we have to learn to watch our thoughts and not react when they come. (phone rings – you know it’s ringing period – don’t let yourself get into who is it? )
Once we have experienced thoughtless awareness we know if we are in meditation. Then we need to see am I meditating or am I just sitting here thinking.
Keep our attention above 7th Chakra. Then our attention is one with the Divine and above our thoughts. This also helps to draw the Kundalini up and out of the Sahasrara Chakra.
One trick you can try is – with eyes open, look at something (say a small picture on the wall) when we look at it we get thoughts of funny picture, nice frame…. these are all details. Now try to relax your eyes so you just see the wall and the picture is there but you don’t see anything in detail. This is relaxing the Agya Chakra or 6th Chakra – which is probably the hardest Chakra. This way when you have too many thoughts or are talking to someone with a twisted tight Agya (Accountants or people who read a lot) You will be able to keep your attention in Sahasrara. The Agya Chakra is totally connected with the eyes.
Watch the Candle Flame and relax your eyes like above.
Practise keeping your attention in Sahasrara during the day and it will become automatic and easy.
I hope some of these Meditation Techniques are helpfull.
Wishing you great Meditations and lots of Vibrations
Do You have any Meditation Techniques?

Somtimes I put my right hand on top of my head and press it down for a while. When I remove my hand I leave my attention on top of my head. I can still fee the pressure for while which makes it easier to leave my attention there.
