vibration

Well, we were travelling again to Italy to see Shri Mataji and at the Sahaja Yoga Seminar. This picture was taken at the Vatican in St. Peters Basillica, about 80 of us went for a tour of the Vatican Museum and we ended up in St.Peters
I was really amazed at the art and the size of the church – I never thought it would be sooo large.
We were there in Rome for a week during Christmas and the first 3 days seemed to be just clearing – I was feeling slight pain in my chakras but this went away after a couple days. There was roughly 3000 Yogis there, and we had the Russian Music Academy I think every morning for music therapy workshops, exercise & chakra workshops, vishuddi workshops… I was writing some music a lot of the time but after being with yogis for the week – on New Years Eve I was totally blissed out and the effects of that week lasted for at least a couple weeks.
Here in Canada there always seems to be something making it difficult to feel the vibrations nicely. So we have to work extra hard by footsoaking every day, meditating for 1/2 hour 1 or 2 times a day, saying some mantras and most importantly – be connected to a program where someone can help us learn to meditate - So! more people means more vibration!
