We Had a nice time at the Kitchener Multicultural event yesterday. Sahaja Yoga had a booth giving people their awakening of the kundalini, Saturday and Sunday – We also had a music performance on stage at 5 pm At the end of it all we packed up and went off to Pho Dau Bo for some great Thai food. So –
this is the last week at the Waterloo Recreation Centre room #202 usually. Our class is going to be in the new location.

it’s a house with a store – Soul Awakenings – and we’ll be in the Yoga Studio!
The Classes are Free and you can just show up!
