So here we are in 2010

I have been to Rome during Christmas for a Sahaja Yoga Seminar and got to see Shri Mataji also!

Shri Mataji founded Sahaja Yoga in 1970 and she is totally amazing. I have been practising Sahaja Yoga for 14 years and I am still enjoying the methods of meditation and I am still learning all the time. there is quite a lot of things to learn but meditating can be quite simple if you are a simple person. Humility is a great asset. It has been my experience that I really don’t have that much control over if my meditations are good one day or the next. I sit down to meditate and am lucky that my Kundalini energy rises. mind you I do foot soak every day and do not leave the house till I have gone thoughtless for at least 10 minutes and it may take 10 to 20 minutes for the Kundalini to rise through all the chakras. So I definitly do work for it.

Back to  Rome over Christmas  -  wow! it was amazing – first 3 days were painfull clearing out whatever, then just amazing meditations – we got to see Shri Mataji 4 times and the last was on New Years Eve for about 4 hours. Shri Mataji is the most advanced spiritual person – I think She got nominated for the Nobel Peace prize 2X. She looked in my direction New Years Eve for a couple seconds and I felt layers and layers of garbage just drop off from my chakras. I am still having good vibrations now in January.

Anyway – wishing you good vibrations and great meditations

Don’t just watch everyone having fun – dive right in – you won’t look back!
